Had the following for lunch September 7th, 2022 and I’m experiencing explosive diarrhea and upset stomach. Presumably from here as there are corn kernels in my stool.

Chicken Bowl
White Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Guacamole, Romaine Lettuce
symptoms: Diarrhea,Stomach Pain,Cramps

Ordered a burrito bowl on the evening of Jan. 23. Starting around 2am on Jan. 24 with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever. Symptoms are improving but still experiencing nausea and fatigue - it is currently Jan. 26. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Fatigue
