On 8/20/2024 I began cramping about 5 hours after eating my entrée that contained steak, pico de gallo, mild salsa, lettuce, and cheese. About 10 hours after eating it, I began throwing up for several hours straight.

I ordered a chicken bowl(extra rice, black beans, green chili, corn, sour cream and cheese) and almost immediately after eating it last night my stomach was upset and I put it in the fridge. Had severe diarrhea that night. Tried to reheat it again for lunch And I’m experiencing the same thing today.

After having Chipotle for lunch on Monday July 17th, i experienced diarrhea, very sharp abdominal pains, as well as nausea. I was unable to get out of be due to pain for 24 hours. I was umable to keep any food or water down for 48 hours.
