On 8/20/2024 I began cramping about 5 hours after eating my entrée that contained steak, pico de gallo, mild salsa, lettuce, and cheese. About 10 hours after eating it, I began throwing up for several hours straight.

I ordered a chicken bowl(extra rice, black beans, green chili, corn, sour cream and cheese) and almost immediately after eating it last night my stomach was upset and I put it in the fridge. After having Chipotle for lunch on Monday July 17th, i experienced diarrhea, very sharp abdominal pains, as well as nausea. I was unable to get out of be due to pain for 24 hours. I was umable to keep any food or water down for 48 hours.
