Quaker cereal recall. I experienced intestinal pain, nausea, and explosive diarrhea from their 5 Minute Grits. This was a month ago I didn't bother reporting at the time because nothing ever gets done, bur after seeing the recall, I figured I'd better.

fresh cut cauliflower and broccoli mix. Onset, 2-3 hours. Had 9 bouts of explosive diarrhea over the last 20 hours since consumption. Also consumed Great Value cream cheese said vegetables. Victim likens it to a colonoscopy prep.
