Diagnosis: Rotavirus

Co-workers and I ordered here on Tuesday June 21. Our common food we all had in our meal was chicken. One co-worked started feeling bad and running to bathroom within 2 hours having diarrhea. Bye Wednesday mid noon I had been to bathroom numerous times and feeling... See More nauseated. By 3pm cramps started and by 5 vomiting percussively. Went to hospital later that night. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. IT GAVE ME GASTROENTERITIS AND NEARLY KILLED ME.
On Sunday, May 15th, 2022, I went here to have lunch. I bought a custom poke bowl that consisted of raw tuna, raw salmon, rice, seaweed, pineapples, and spicey sauce. My symptoms started... See More developing around 48 hours after I ate the food. Tuesday, May 17th, I had a lot of chills, body aches, and fever. I went to sleep that night and felt completely miserable. I thought by sleeping it off, the symptoms would go away… but they didn’t. I woke up on Wednesday feeling worse than the day before so I ended up going to the Emergency Room at the VA hospital in Lake Nona. They decided to hold me there for two days due to a gastroenteritis coming from an Amoeba and a rotavirus caught from the food . They administered around 6 bags of saline fluids and multiple antibiotics, but I was not able to retain any fluids at all due to the Amoeba and rotavirus that I had caught from this place’s food. Thank Good the VA covered everything, since I am 100% combat disabled veteran. However, I wouldn’t want to imagine the amount of money that someone without an insurance like mine would have to pay because of someone not washing their hands after using the restroom and before preparing the food that customers are about to eat. I am bringing this up to you guys’ attention so it does not happen to anybody else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Gas See Less

Translated: 30.6.19 night order delivery order.
The same evening, approximately 1am:
1. I started vomiting at 1am. Vomited until the 2nd day of the morning 730am. I (pregnant mother), 23 weeks.
2. Husband, vomiting and diarrhea.
3rd. Infant, 2 years, diarrhea and start to vomit 2nd day.... See More
4th. Father vomits day 2, not appetizing and tired.
5th. Sick, diarrhea and vomit day 2.
On the 2nd day of the morning of 8am, go straight to the nearest KPJ. Our doctor ordered our family to go to ward and check. Except the father and sister, afraid to go to see doctor and eat only medicines, they are also legitimate by clinic doctors because of food poisoning (food poisoning)
Husband, son and were 2 days in the hospital, yesterday were just discharged and was legally healthy and there was no problem anymore. I just want to make a report. If a family has touched me, there might be people too. After all, I'm the mother, good luck I've been ok. If there is a severe problem, the baby in the stomach and I will have it.
Hope the KKM can investigate or warn them. Although, it is a great restaurant. Ask you to see this serious. Because everyone will eat, the addition of children too.
Luckily, family and I have a medical card. If not, can I afford this bill? Maybe I'm not a rich man or a ruler, but it will not be over.

Same day evening, more or less at 1am:
1. I started vomiting on the night of 1am. Vomiting until the 2nd day of the morning 730am. I (conceiver mother), 23 weeks.
2. Husband, the same vomit and cirit birit.
3rd. Infant, 2 years, cirit birit and start vomiting the 2nd day.
4th. Father vomited 2nd day, unappetizing and jaded.
5th. Sister, cirit and vomiting day 2.
2nd day early morning 8am, continue to go KPJ the closest. Doctor told us to go in the wad and check. Except for the father and sister, afraid to go in just look at the doctor and eat the reparations only, they are valid by the doctor clinic because the food is dirty (food poisoning)
My husband, son and I stayed KPJ 2 days, last night just discharged legit healthy and no more problems.
Hospital said because they are not subject to ROTAVIRUS, they should not report at KKM. Child I, get a virus, doctor for lighting because people after food do not keep hygiene or taking care of food.
I just kid to make a report. If I have a family, there may be people too. Anyway, i mother conceiver, good fortune i have been ok. If there is a problem so, the baby is in the stomach and I kind of mana.
Please KKM may trick or disguise to them. Although, it is a great restaurant. Ask the master can see this serious case. For all the people will eat, extra children too.
The good fortune of the family I have bought medical card. If I don't exist, can I afford to pay this bill? Maybe I am not a rich man/powerful person, nor will I be penduli this time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less
