On March 22, 2018, my entire family ate there for dinner. Everyone but me just had rice, chicken and cheese. I had a salad with chicken, salsas, sour cream and cheese. On Saturday morning, March 24, I felt nauseous with massive stomach pains. All day on Sunday,
I felt nauseous with bouts of diarrhea and vomiting and stomach cramping. I finally went to the dr on Monday morning who advised me to go to the ER. There I was tested for a number of issues but eventually, it was confirmed that it was food poisoning, salmonella poisoning to be exact. This was at the same time as the issues with the romaine lettuce began.

I ordered a salad bowl with corn, pico, brown rice, black beans and they dumped guacamole the size of a softball on top. I quickly regretted it when I got home and literally was up all night throwing up and vomiting. Felt like a nauseas pit in
my stomach. And developed a fever around 2 am. Still throwing up and vomiting about 18 hrs later.

I ordered three soft flour tacos with white rice, pinto beans, steak, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. My mother ordered two soft flour tacos with white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, pico, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Immediately after we both felt awful. My aunt came
mentioned chipotle was on the news for many food poisoning incidents across the country. I googled it and this site popped up. Since eating our meals, we both have high fevers, severe nausea and bouts of vomiting and diarrhea. I used to love chipotle and now just the thought makes me sick to my stomach.

Ate around 1/29/18 around 3pm, 2 chicken tacos which were served cold. I should have known then not to eat it. Symptoms started around 8pm and are still active but diminishing.

Ate there 2 weeks ago , instantly started feeling ill, sharp stomach aches/ cramps then some diarrhea, went away but next day came down with nasty sinus/chest cold ( & I never get colds) that I am still fighting off, never again !

Ate there on 7/6/17 for lunch. Started to feel nauseas about an hour later. I have had little to no appetite since that day, nausea & diarrhea on & off.
