High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Reason for stop sale food over 41°F for over 4 hours. Observed in Reach in cooler across from Grill .Pork Ribs (51F - Cold Holding); Bean soup (48F - Cold Holding); Ham (52F - Cold Holding); Cheese (51F - Cold Holding) Person in charge stated that the above food items had been in the Reach in cooler over 4 hours. Educated Person in charge on cold holding food. Person in charge voluntarily discarded all food items. **Warning**
