6 out of 8 people who went with us to eat were sicker then can be for 2 days straight. Still on 3 Rd day it hasn't gone away. My mother who has other illnesses is completely out of it and seems to be getting worse. I simply ordered a spa salad with no protein for lunch. I woke up about 3am that night with cramps then I had to run to the washroom where I proceeded to be in and out of for the next 72 hours. I went to McDonalds and got two hashbrowns a suasage mcmuffin no egg and an orange juice. Shortly after finishing them about 30 or so minutes later u started thrwoing up in my csr and outside and i cant stio. I am having bad diarrhea and my head is on fire  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Vómitos

El viernes 18 de enero de 2019 a las 5:30 p.m., comí las patatas fritas que venían con una ensalada. Compartí el bistec con mi esposa pero me comí la ensalada para mí solo.
