Both of my boys had happy meals at McDonalds - 7 hours later both of them were vomiting. At first I thought it was possibly a stomach virus but neither one of them had diarrhea. Had a plain bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. 1 hour later I had extreme stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting & diarrhea, eventually bloody diarrhea.
