Both of my boys had happy meals at McDonalds - 7 hours later both of them were vomiting. At first I thought it was possibly a stomach virus but neither one of them had diarrhea. My youngest one was better the next day - took 2 days for my oldest to recover and he still doesn't want to eat much  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a plain bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. 1 hour later I had extreme stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting & diarrhea, eventually bloody diarrhea. I had nothing else to eat that day except crackers. Pretty sure I had Ecoli & will never eat at Starbucks again!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Son went to chipotle for lunch. Had burrito with standard chicken rice beans cheese and guacamole. Niece had same stuff but no guac. He was up all night vomiting and on the toilet. Stayed home from school and just now feeling better--36 hours lost.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
