I think it was a grilled chicken sandwich (only chicken and bread) from here, Ate the sandwich at 430 pm yesterday. Got anxious, stomach cramps, tight throat, nausea, and chills by 9 PM. I had power vomiting from 5pm and excessive sweating/ diarrhea. This continued until about 10pm then every 2 hours I vomited for the next 18 hours.
