我们昨晚才吃饭，然后点了沙拉面包棒和海鲜意大利面。我丈夫在凌晨 2 点醒来然后开始呕吐。我醒来时腹泻。他整天都在高温下呕吐。，我们当中有两个人生病了。从今天早上起我们就生病了。我们整天没吃太多东西，因为我们知道我们会在橄榄园吃饱饭。他点了面包棒、沙拉和海鲜意大利面碗。我订购了意大利之旅。我试了几口他然后他尝试了我的一口。他抽筋，呕吐发冷，脱水因为他不能喝水。还会出现头晕、疲劳、发烧、头晕和出汗。我正在经历头痛、头晕和腹泻和头痛。

11 月 28 日星期四晚上 9 点左右，我吃了两个咖喱的基本印度食物组合。一个是 saag paneer，另一个是鸡肉。我还吃了一些米饭和一些普通的南面包。我晚上 9 点左右吃了饭。我半夜醒来时有些肠不适，然后去了厕所。接下来的两天我感到虚弱。第三天我开始恢复力量，但腹泻仍然很糟糕。我已经快 6 天没有完全康复了。我没有严重的抽筋，但是有时候很不舒服，当然也很不方便。

我去过日本好几次。这是我第一次因为吃东西而生病。

I dined on 12/2/19. I ordered the creamy mushroom ravioli with salad and bread sticks. I started feeling nauseated about four hours after eating. I had diarrhea and vomiting throughout the night and into the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I think it was a grilled chicken sandwich (only chicken and bread) from here, Ate the sandwich at 430 pm yesterday. Got anxious, stomach cramps, tight throat, nausea, and chills by 9 PM. Diarrhea by 7 am. Still nauseous, no energy, stomach cramps, loss of appetite  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战, 食欲不振

After having it for lunch on Friday (Ceaser Pita with all sides).
I had power vomiting from 5pm and excessive sweating/ diarrhea. This continued until about 10pm then every 2 hours I vomited for the next 18 hours.
