My son and I ate at the the chesterfield town center chipotle Friday, May 13th around 6:00 pm. I ate a salad with dressing, brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, cheese and guacamole and chips. My son had some of mine.

I ate today at around 12 pm at w8 & Mercer. Ordered a bowl: brown rice, black beans, double chicken, low & hot sauce, corn, cheese and lettuce. At around 5:30 I vomited. A little later, I got fever.
