My son and I ate at the the chesterfield town center chipotle Friday, May 13th around 6:00 pm. I ate a salad with dressing, brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, cheese and guacamole and chips. My son had some of mine.

I ate today at around 12 pm at w8 & Mercer. Ordered a bowl: brown rice, black beans, double chicken, low & hot sauce, corn, cheese and lettuce. At around 5:30 I vomited. A little later, I got fever. I still have the symptoms, but I hope they will go away. THIS IS INADMISSIBLE!  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

我有一个碗里有鸡肉、黑豆、糙米、温和的莎莎和洋葱。我在 16 年 5 月 2 日星期二晚餐时吃了它。星期三上午上班，我开始出现胃痛和腹泻。腹泻在星期三和星期四持续了整天，目前在星期五我还有。自从我记得以来我没有生过这种病。
