晚上 10 点左右吃了。吃了鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、酸奶油和奶酪。大约一个小时后感到臃肿。2-3 个小时后我感到恶心。第二天早上突然醒来大量出汗，不得不呕吐。大约一个小时后不得不再次呕吐，腹泻开始了。还在去洗手间感觉很恐怖。

大约 5 点 45 分，我挖了一碗糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、奶酪、红色莎莎酱和生菜。我加了一点塔巴斯科 Chipotle 辣酱。当我走到车上时，我的肚子痛苦地让我知道它在反叛。现在是 13 个小时后，经过一个不眠之夜折腾，转身跑到洗手间之后，我仍然感到不适，没有食物听起来不错。这将是一个漫长的一天。
