I purchased three dinners containing oxtails with rice and gravy, collard greens, sweet potatoes, beans, peas, and mac/cheese.

We think his meal chicken fried chicken, Mac n cheese, or the mash with gravy.  Ordered 3 days ago whole family ordered different meals.. he’s the only one who got sick.
