Thursday Oct 20th 2016 about noon, I ordered a foot long meatball sub with pepperoni, black olives and provolone cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread, about 3 hours later it hit.. for 6 hours I had diarrhea and vomiting along with a fever. Ate about an hour ago. Had a Spicy Italian. Ate the sandwich at 8:00pm and around 9:00 started getting queasy started having diarrhea waiting to see what else happens before consulting a physician. My guess is either the meat or the mayonnaise or both.  | Síntomas: Diarrea
