Comí una ensalada barbacoa con verduras, salsa suave, guacamole, crema agria y queso el 20 de diciembre alrededor de las 9 p.m. La comida estaba empaquetada para llevar. Took out chicken bowl, rice, salsa, black beans ,cheese, sour cream on Sat, 12/19/15. Completely sick by 12:30pm on Monday, 12/21. Sweating profusely, faint, lightheadedness, nausea, stomach cramps.
