Mi hijo tiene un burrito de carnitas con arroz blanco, frijoles pintos, crema agria y lechuga alrededor de las 6:30 p.m. Se despertó alrededor de las 2 de la mañana reportando horribles calambres estomacales y dolor de cabeza. 2 horas después los calambres son peores, sintiendo náuseas y vomitó.
