我从 Chipotle 吃了一个碗里有一半的牛排，一半是鸡肉糙米，斑豆，番茄，奶酪，酸奶油和 guac，一切都很好，花花公子，直到第二天我醒来时发冷，头痛，呕吐和很多腹泻我去了急诊所，这是食物中毒我被诊断之前吃的最后一件东西是辣椒。

Got a taco, steak boss wrap and a nacho supreme with no sour cream. There was an extra nacho supreme with sour cream included and i ate some of it. Terrible decision, i was completely incapacitated the next day: fatigue, diarrhea, fever, nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
