Order a steak bowl white rice no beans with veggies and all of the salsas corn sour cream lettuce cheese and guacamole! Ate it around 10p.m! Woke up at 4a.m. Had explosive diarrhea! Very bad nausea! And throwing up constantly!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天我吃了墨西哥卷饼鸡肉，黑豆，中等酱汁，奶酪，玉米，酸奶油和生菜。还订购了筹码。下午 1:30 左右开始感到头晕并发冷。一种或多种成分引起的食物中毒。同时我还从哥哥那里买了墨西哥卷饼牛排、斑豆、温和的酱汁、洋葱、玉米酸奶油和生菜。他没问题。我不得不提早离开工作岗位然后有家人开车送我回家。
