Had a carnitas/chicken burrito bowl and had explosive diahrea within a few hours after consuming. My wife also was affected but somehow my son didn't although he had the kids tacos with only sour cream, beans, and carnitas  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Went to Chipotle, had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, mild and medium salsa, corn, sour cream on the side, cheese, and lots of lettuce.

Steak was pretty rare, but thought nothing at the time. Ended up vomiting, having severe nausea, and constant diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

订购了一份带酸奶油的玉米片（不含鸡肉）作为开胃菜。主菜是零食大小（5 或 6 翼），用餐时加芹菜和蓝纹奶酪酱以及 2 个可乐。只和另外一个赞助人在一起。大约在下午 5 点 30 分左右开始进食。晚上 7:30 之前回家了。我有生以来最严重的疾病。晚上 7:32 我突然间，我的意思是突然变得非常恶心，我不得不跑去洗手间。我有如此剧烈的抽筋和疼痛，然后是严重腹泻约 9 或 10 个小时。腹泻大约 20 分钟后，我开始感到发冷，然后开始呕吐。如果我告诉你我一定呕吐了 50 多次，你可能不会相信我，但事实确实如此。我把最后一粒食物都吐出来了，爆炸性地。腹泻太平底了，我无法下楼。我曾考虑过要求救护车，但我当时想我可能会把所有人都拉屎。我在浴室的地板上呆了 2 个多小时！然后是 CHILLS 设置了。我女儿告诉我，我发抖得太厉害了，以至于她几乎看不出我在说什么（那是... 呼吸慢一点... 慢一点... 等等）。

第二天我无法从床上移动，凌晨 5 点我开车去了沃特伯里医院，在那里我因结肠炎（结肠肿胀，粪便中有血液和严重脱水）住院了 2 天。

我打电话给 BWW，他们慷慨地主动提出 “跟我一起做对”（在告诉我他们准备食物要多小心之后）。

一个注意事项：我至少有两次去过那里，当时食物未经煮熟就来到我们的餐桌上，然后被拿走了，准备了一顿新饭，而且我们没有为原来的未煮过的饭菜支付费用，也没有收取替代食物的费用。

我永远无法带自己回到这家餐厅。
