晚上 8 点左右吃了 Steak Burrito 碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、奶酪、酸奶油、洋葱/辣椒和生菜。到 9:30，腹部有中度痉挛。10:15 左右开始出现腹泻发作。已经持续抽筋/腹泻了将近 2 个小时。  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I had a salad bowl with carnitas, black beans, peppers, onions, lettuce, gauc, sour cream, cheese, and mild salsa. An hour and a half after eating, I became sweaty, pale, stomach cramping and aggressive vomiting. This lasted for hours. Nausea lasted for days afterward.  | 症状: 呕吐
