June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. About 2 hours after eating, nausea set in for about 2 hours and then began violently vomiting. Been nauseous ever since.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
