I had salmon nigiri, spicy tuna, & garlic edamame. When I came home I started to have stomach pains and cramping about 3 hours after I got home. I then started to have diarrhea and threw up multiple times as well. Portobello mushroom I made stuffed portobellos - stuffing was cashews, garlic, basil and parsley. I washed all the produce. Mushrooms were bbq’d. Within 3 hours I was violently projectile vomiting. Vomiting lasted 4 hours. Still feel week 2 days later.  | Symptômes: Vomissements
