530 至下午 6 点之间，我订购了巨型翅膀与印第安干擦和大蒜巴马森错误的酱汁在侧面, 加载俗气的华夫饼薯条与牧场的一侧和冰茶

餐的所有部分都与我的合作伙伴共享，除了大蒜巴马干酪翅膀酱，牧场和冰茶。（合作伙伴没有生病）

吃了几个翅膀覆盖在大蒜帕马森酱后，我告诉我的伙伴，它尝到了奇怪的/关闭，停止吃它。

吃饭后约 30-40 分钟，我开始感到非常恶心的消化不良，腹泻，严重的胃痉挛和寒战。

I had salmon nigiri, spicy tuna, & garlic edamame. When I came home I started to have stomach pains and cramping about 3 hours after I got home. I then started to have diarrhea and threw up multiple times as well. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day so I was certain it was the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 胃痛

Portobello mushroom I made stuffed portobellos - stuffing was cashews, garlic, basil and parsley. I washed all the produce. Mushrooms were bbq’d. Within 3 hours I was violently projectile vomiting. Vomiting lasted 4 hours. Still feel week 2 days later.  | 症状: 呕吐
