Approximately 8:30 pm went thru drive thru, had roast beef sliders and cheese sticks and my husband had roast beef and cheese sticks. Both of our stomachs started bubbling and cramping within an hour of eating and 2 hours later both ended up with severe diarrhea every 45 min since (12 hours later)  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Crampes

I got a philly roast beef meal (First thing I had eaten all day) and within 3 hours I was doubled over in pain, throwing up and having watery diarrhea. Had a roast beef sandwich, jalapeño bites and a buffalo chicken slider around 11pm (had just gotten off work). Around 4am that same night I felt excruciating stomach pain, followed by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and cold flashes.
