“3/24/19 My husband, son and I were flying back from Florida and stopped in Nashville, TN. My husband ate just a chicken and cheese biscuit. My son had chicken, egg and cheese and I had bacon, egg and cheese. This was at 10:08 am. At 7pm that night it hit... me like a ton of bricks so fast and sudden and after several hours throwing up, nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea, I texted my husband from the bathroom that I needed to go to the ER. Once at the ER they treated me to try to get me to stop getting sick. An hour after being in the ER my husbands cell phone rang and it was our son at home who we could only hear getting sick. Same thing as me of course and the thing we ate in common was the egg. I was sick for a couple weeks. Corporate office had me speaking with the manager of that location who informed me that the owner said my medical bills would be paid by their insurance and so send them my bills. I sent them everything. Now, almost a year later they have State Farm saying they aren't paying and the owner, of course, won't give me the time of day. I have several recorded phone calls one of the manager telling me my bills would be paid by the insurance. The way that have treated me is absolutely awful. Even the owner's assistant won't have him call me. He did contact me one time before Thanksgiving, which I have record of that call as well. He said the insurance company advised him not to speak with me due to the claim but he wanted to reach out to me. He said he felt bad and that it wasn't manager's fault that she promised my medical records would be paid. He said he told her to say that. He then promised that we will come to a resolution and promised to call me the week after Thanksgiving. He never called me back and won't return my calls. Absolutely awful that he made me this promise and didn't follow through. ”
“Our child poisoned his stomach with bacteria in Mardan Bistro (one of restaurants in hotel). He get bacteria that was in food due to improper preparation and storage of food. We are sure that he get bacteria in spaghetti bolognese on last day during lunch. On last night he get... temperature and vormit and finish upon arrival at the hospital in Zagreb. In hospital he get diagnosed with gastric poisoning with bacteria. He was five days in hospital with infusion and antibiotic. We have all medical documentation from doctors that confirms the above.
During our holiday he eat only and only in their restaurants.
