Big King XXL Illness - Burger King, Stellenbosch Western Cape

I went to order the Big King XXL. Something seemed wrong when they handed the food to me (like it was tampered with).
I have half of the burger and a half an hour to an hour later I start feeling nauseous. The next day I have a terrible stomach ache, diarrhea, fever, headache and light headed. This was an awful experience and I don't wish it upon anybody. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
