Ate around 315pm. I purchased burrito bowl with brown rice black beans chicken corn mild salsa cheese and shredded lettuce. Also had chips and guacamole coke zero with ice. I started to feel nausea around 7pm and began vomiting around 845pm this lasted until 1am. Wife (did not get sick also dined with me) she had salad lettuce (different lettuce then what I had) black beans chicken medium sauce hot sauce sour cream cheese and guacamole. Mr. Pipp with ice also had chips. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
