Had a Chicken Caesar salad about 5pm. Nothing else to eat since noon. An hour later I was in massive pain; heartburn, nausea, and spitting up. Barely slept I was in so much pain. At 1:20am, I woke up and projectile vomited so hard my throat started bleeding. I've never had a reaction to that salad before.

Lemon pepper chicken  I ordered 10, but only ate about 5 because something  just didn’t feel right as I was eating. My began feeling nauseous within 2 hours of eating, mouth began watering and I drank a sip of Vernors.  I got diarrhea 1 1/2 hours later.  See Less

All exposed hand sinks must have hot/cold water with adequate city pressure, soap/paper towels, and a hand washing sign. Must install and maintain same.
