- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods inside of the deli meat prep cooler. Observed ham, roast beef, chicken, tuna salad, turkey, bologna, and egg at temperatures ranging from 46f-53f. Instructed to always maintain cold-holding tcs foods at or below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued. Food discarded.

- comments: noted a leak coming from the dish area handwashing sink faucet. Must repair and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from 3/15/2022 report #2552883 not corrected: violation #36 (4-204. 112) observed no ambient air thermometers for the two deli prep coolers in the front prep area. Instructed management to provide easily readable thermometers inside all refrigerator units to properly monitor the ambient air temperature of equipment. Violation #53 (5-501. 17) found no covered waste receptacle inside the unisex restroom. Instructed management to provide. Violation #55 (6-201. 13) found missing wall base coving throughout the dining room, in the hallway leading to the restroom, and underneath the three compartment sink. Instructed to provide and maintain. Violation #55 (6-501. 12) found heavy dust build up on the walls and ceiling of the front prep area (above the microwaves/oven). Instructed management to clean and maintain. Must correct previous core violations. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
