Taco Meal Leads Illness - Taco Bell, Vestal New York

Never had a problem here before but I got taco bell on Thursday May 5th for dinner around 7. I had the Doubledilla and a regular soft taco. I have gotten it before without any issues but Friday morning I was crazy thirsty and couldn't get enough water to drink. That is a sign of food poisoning but I didn't know it at the time. I went to work feeling fine but as the day went on my stomach started to hurt and feel grippy. My head was bothering me like I was out of it and couldn't concentrate. I came home to a fever chills, aching and fatige and eventually had diarrhea that night. I could barely eat anything. Saturday I felt better but still not 100% and was able to eat dinner but not much. Saturday night I had diarrhea at least 4 times. And this Sunday morning I vomited. My stomach is still queasy and had to cancel all of our mothers day plans because I wasn't feeling well. This is an awesome first mothers day to me.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue
