I cooked up a zucchini after washing it and made sure both sides were slightly browned. I used a tiny bit of butter. It was in the pan for quite some time, so I thought that it would be safe by then. However, I believe there must be a better way to wash a zucchini because I became violently ill from it and had to be ambulance to a hospital. The food poisoning was so bad that I was projectile vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time multiple times until everything that came out of me was clear as water. The stress of situation caused my blood pressure to drop very far. Perhaps, we could wash zucchinis in a saltwater solution and not just a official rent before eating it? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting1 day ago •reported by user-mrqk5988
