Had the steak potato and veg on valentine's day. On the way home my stomach started to hurt. Hurting all night. Woke up the next day violently vomiting, fever and super sore stomach. There hot wings and fries and a hamburger I was hungry so I went to victory restaurant and ordered me some hot wings a hamburger and fries once I began eating I felt ill so I told the cook and waitress then I threw up 3 times and it was only those fries in clumps an the burger  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
