Bought chicken munchies alongside a pizza. Ate the food on Sunday and about 10 hours the next day was sitting in car and sudden pain in stomach as if someone punched me in stomach appeared. That night the pain was bad and the pain eased by Wednesday. I was throwing up for 2 days also.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Got two slices of pepperoni pizza at 7:50 pm on 3/25/26. Ive been throwing up and having diarrhea since 11pm. Awoke at 5:30 am and I shit the bed. I have a fever and feel awful. Picked up a 10 inch hoagie from Wawa on Perkiomen Ave, in Exeter Twp., Reading, PA. Currently really sick. Projectile vomiting, stomach pains and cramps, diarrhea. Ate nothing else today. Hi I got food at this location Thursday night 3/19/26 and got the brisket sandwich. It made me so sick for 2+ days. Definitely food poisoning and it was brutal. I always loved Buc'ees and now I can say I will never go to one ever again!
