Ate some raw chicken, It happen at wrk when I ate the chicken, I ate one of them already but, went ta eatin the second piece of chicken & it was pink. & the symptoms started bout 1:30 mins I was n the bathroom at wrk  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I bought a Chicken Caesar Salad that was pre-made. I ate it Friday afternoon around 12:15 P.M. Later that evening I felt sick and very nauseous with chills. I still feel very nauseous. I didn't eat anything after that on Friday and only toast on Saturday morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills

Had a Chicken and Pork sausage breakfast sandwich. I should have known better when the dog wouldn't eat it. Four days later and I still have diarrhea, cramps and fatigue. Needless to say but I'll say it. NEVER eating there!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue

Purchased a Mountain Dew October 14th around 10 am. Within minutes needed to vomit. Vomiting continued not only with myself but another person who shared the same drink for now 6 hours. Still have the the drink in my possession as we could only get a few sips down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
