i stopped at bucees for lunch and picked up a sausage on a stick wrapped in a tortilla . i was on my way to houston. once i was in houston i experienced unbearable pain. now whenever i stop at bucees and see people eating saugsage on a stick , i warn them  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Thanksgiving Day 2009 I bought a burger for lunch. The meat tasted a bit off. I ate it anyway. Less than an hour later I was vomiting profusely. Everything came up. I reported the incident to Sheetz who responded by giving me a coupons for two free milkshakes.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

It was my first meal of the day and I went to wawa to get chicken fingers, Not even an hour later, I started to get an intense headache and felt nauseous. After about 30 mins after laying down, I started vomiting. It didnt stop until later that night. I will never go there for food again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate 6 inch meatball sub with provolone cheese on Sun 7/16 . Around 3-4 hrs later became dizzy with severe nausea and vomiting which would not stop. Too dizzy to stand or walk, called 911 for EMS. Went to hospital for IV fluids and Zofran for nausea.… See more
