Food poisoning, I was at Mellow Mushroom 11/9 from 1:18-2:24 pm. I had the oven baked chicken wings before Pacific Rim pizza. Around 5:30 pm I knew something was wrong. I suddenly became very thirsty minutes before the vomiting started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

After eating chicken chalupa. I started to experience intense pain in stomach about an hour later . This was followed by several hours of vomiting . Intense pain lasted the duration and pain is still present but to a lesser extent 20 hours later . Vomiting has stopped for now.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain

I ate the cheese samples and so did my brother and we're both sick now. My husband did not have a cheese sample and he's fine., Ate at about 3pm. Started feeling nauseous within an hour. Started having diarrhea and vomiting 6 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
