After eating a Big Rösti Raclette and Curli Fries with Sour Cream Schittlauch Dip on 01.12 at around 3:30 p.m., I developed watery diarrhea around 20:00 and very severe vomiting several times at around 21:30.
The diarrhea has gone on several times an hour until around 24:00 since then  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

From Italian beef bowl with mild peppers, tasted weird and different than usual but ate anyways because I was hungry. Woke up out of my sleep in the worst stomach pain and throwing everything up. Had the mushroom risotto, within an hour was bloated and feeling gastroparesis. Progressed to awful reflux and finally vomiting and diarrhea about five hours after eating. About twelve hours after eating I'm still experiencing bad acid and nausea as well as occasional diarrhea.

November 26 2025 Cafe Zupas in Syracuse Utah. My husband got the hot honey bowl and I got a chipotle chicken salad. Wondering if it was the lettuce or the chicken.
