I had the fried shrimp basket and two boiled eggs which I dipped into my friends seafood sauce, I ate there around 6pm and around 3am I woke up and had to go vomit . I vomited all of the shrimp. That was also the only meal I had that day besides 2 slices of pizza .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. Nausea and diarrhea started a couple hours later and lasted almost 24 hours. Also had vomiting and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
