Went last night around 9pm with roommates. Ordered chicken teriyaki sandwich with side of broccoli. Had stomach pain within 20 minutes. This morning, I have loose stool with nausea and vomiting. Vomit had a lot of broccoli and pineapple.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Bought 4 packs 50% off jack daniels baby back ribs. Didn’t check the date before buying. Got home, cooked the ribs up for 15 minutes at 350. Ate them, and bam, 35-40 minutes later got the squirts and was puking. Still puking off and on with intense… See more

I ate around 6:30pm, I ordered the fett Alfredo with crispy chicken. Then walking through Costco afterwards, the awful cramps start. So I book it home.
