I got the K10 meal the 3 piece meal. Anyways i bit into one piece of chicken and it tasted super weird so I quit eating it. About 20 min later I feel queasy and stomach is cramping and hurting and then it’s non stop diarrhea for hours on end.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

Went there for dinner last night and at about 10pm I started getting an upset stomach, at 2am I woke up nauseous with painful stomach cramps. I ended up throwing everything up, vomiting all night, dry heaving when it was all out. Now my body is drained and I'm still feeling ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
