Large order of boneless wings with Honey BBQ, Medium, Parmesan Garlic, and another flavor. Shared order of 24 wings with my 2 brothers. We all got sick. All had diarrhea and nausea. I was the only one to vomit, 5 times throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate honey walnut shrimp with noodles in a bowl for late lunch. From. 11:30pm to 1:30pm i was vomiting every 15 minutes then once every hour till 10 am along with severe diareaha. Had a fever and headache. Was able to drink water then Powerade and day 3 i can finally eat some soup.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
