I ordered a couple beef empanadas on May 15th with my friend. I got sick almost instantly later that night fever, body aches chills, vomiting, diarrhea. My friend got sick the next day. It was so bad I thought about going to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache

I bought the large jar antipasto here on Saturday May 14th, had about 1 Cup on rice crackers. Later became violently ill. I wasn’t sure if it was that, until my husband also had some the next day and had the same reaction.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Saturday , I think it was a meal from here, I had the Conquistador at about 1pm. At 9pm I began violently throwing up and having extreme diarreah every 20 minutes or so for about 12 hours. I then developed a fever of 101.5 which is still happening 24 hours later   | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
