I had a hot butter pecan sundae, my family had other ice cream products. About 12 hours later I started projectile vomiting at work. I had severe food poisoning and needed an IV to rehydrate. The symptoms persisted for 10 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
