Ate a small BP Viva Italia pizza at approx 6-630pm yesterday. Dined in. Also shared an app with two other people but neither of whom are experiencing any negative symptoms since dining in. Have chronic diarrhea and an upset stomach. Symptoms started at around 4am this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other

I got a chicken salad. I had it around 4:30 pm i ate most of it but within an hour of eating it my stomach started to make these weird noises and had to rush to the toilet and ever since than I’ve been taking trips to the bathroom my third time now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

We both got stomach cramps, very rumbly insides and 4 - 6 hours after eating lunch, both had diarrhea; we ordered a half-size taco salad and a half-size apple pecan salad. We think it might be the lettuce which is the only thing they both have in common.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

Mushroom soup I had lunch. Had mushroom soup, garlic toast, coffee. .started feeling bad after 3 hours. When I got home I was nauseous, very weak. Vomiting started after about 5 hours a had my lunch. Today, second day I am still very weak and nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
