2 pm on (July 21/21, my dad ordered a Big Mac meal with Coca-Cola. At approximately 5 pm he started feeling sick with nausea, severe stomach cramps, and diarrhea. He was up all night feeling sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

I ate a bacon and cheddar Angus burger around 1pm. I didn't eat dinner that evening because my stomach still felt full. I began to get flu like symptoms around 11pm. Chills, aches. Then fever, nausea. Tingling in arms. Later watery Diarrhea. Stomach felt painful. Bloating.
