Had pepperoni pizza, crazy bread combo and garlic dipping sauce for dinner. An hour later I had severe stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhea, dizziness and vomitting. Took some pepto and symptoms alleviated by bedtime.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Dizziness
