on Feb 19th at 230 p.m both me and my mom had tun on flat-bread with veggies. I added spinach, bell peppers and light mayo. These three items being the only differences in our sandwiches. By 4 p.m i was vomiting with a 101 fever and diarrhea about 30 minutes later. still very ill on 2-22-16 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I arrived at Waffle House on Bankhead Dr. Around 145pm and ordered The T-bone Steak MDM rare, two eggs over easy, hashbrowns (plain), raisin toast, a coffee. Kung pao chicken. 5:45 pm on 2/14/16. Symptoms began about 30-60 minutes after eating. Almost threw up. Diarrhea-12 times. Serious abdominal pains. Lasted about 7 hours.
