The four for four meal. It's a male were you getting french fries, chicken nuggets, a sandwich choice, and a drink. My soda choice with the chicken sandwich. I'm not sure if it's the chicken nuggets that did it, or the chicken sandwich bye-bye the end of the night I was in the bathroom for hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased an ancho chipotle chicken sandwich around noon and since I've eaten it I have been vomiting all day, have severe nausea, sweating/feel feverish and weak, as well as diarrhea. This is unacceptable and I know it's from the sandwich bc it's the only thing I've ate all day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating

On 4/15/16 @ 9:00 AM I had an egg, cheese, Arugula Sandwich. Started feeling stomach cramps around 4:00 PM. This could have also been caused by what I had at Dig-Inn 55th st between 5 and 6th ave. I had lunch @ 1:30PM, classic brown rice, meatballs and mac/cheese.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
